A unique concierge link plus printed 1-pager the front desk can hand to guests. Every booking is attributed to your hotel via URL parameter — quarterly commission report attached to your monthly invoice.
For corporates & travel agencies
Cost-centre coding, SEPA-direct-debit on net-14, and a dedicated dispatcher for accounts above 50 trips/year. PO-number support, audit-trail invoicing, and quarterly business-review on request.

04 · Why business travel managers choose us
Most online airport-transfer brands you'll find for Stuttgart are aggregators — they take your booking, mark it up, and forward it to whichever local taxi accepts the lowest payout. The driver who picks you up has no contractual relationship with the brand on the booking confirmation.
We're the operator. Stuttgart Taxi FB GmbH holds PBefG-licensed taxi concessions (§ 47 Personenbeförderungsgesetz) issued by the city of Stuttgart; every driver is on our payroll under a German employment contract; every vehicle is in our own fleet (Mercedes E-Class, V-Class, S-Class). The managing director is a board member of the Stuttgarter Taxi-Verband (STV) — the regional association that represents the licensed taxi trade.
For your travel managers, that means three things in practice: one entity to invoice, one entity to escalate to, one entity that's legally accountable if the service falls short. No aggregator-to-subcontractor finger-pointing.

We send a consolidated monthly invoice covering every trip in the period, broken down per cost-centre or PO number you specify when booking. Invoices are VAT-compliant per § 14 UStG, with the correct 7 % rate (≤ 50 km) or 19 % rate (> 50 km) per § 12 (2) Nr. 10 (b) UStG applied per trip — your tax department gets a clean audit-trail with no manual reclassification.
Standard SEPA-direct-debit on net-14 terms after invoice issuance. For hotels with concierge-attribution we offer net-30. Larger annual volumes (200+ trips/year) qualify for net-30 with quarterly review.
Yes. Once the account is set up, hotel concierges and authorised company staff book on the firm’s account — the trip is invoiced rather than card-charged. The Stripe direct-charge flow used for retail bookings is bypassed for verified accounts.
Yes. We coordinate multi-vehicle convoys via our own PBefG-licensed taxi concessions (§ 47 PBefG) plus a vetted partner network across the Stuttgart Taxi-Verband. Up to 50 passengers in one coordinated arrival; for larger groups we recommend the enquiry form so dispatch can plan capacity.
The standard policy applies (free cancellation up to 24 h before pickup, 50 % between 6–24 h, 100 % under 6 h or no-show), but with one operational courtesy: for verified accounts we waive the under-6-h fee on flight delays of more than 90 minutes when notified in advance. Standard customers do not receive this waiver.

For accounts above 50 trips/year we assign a named dispatcher as primary contact. Smaller accounts work directly with the 24/7 dispatch line — same number for new bookings, changes, and escalations, no IVR menu.
