04 · Concierge questions, answered

Front-desk-style questions.

  • How does the 10 % commission work?

    Every guest you send via your unique concierge URL (e.g. example.com/?hotel=marriott-stuttgart) is attributed to your hotel. We track this in the booking record and pay out 10 % of the trip subtotal (excluding VAT) on a monthly settlement statement, attached to your standard B2B invoice if you have one — otherwise via SEPA.

  • Is there a setup fee or monthly minimum?

    No. Hotel concierge partnerships are pay-per-trip — no monthly minimum, no setup fee. The agreement is a one-page document confirming the commission rate, attribution mechanism, and dispute-resolution path.

  • How do guests use the concierge link?

    Three options. First, the front desk can print our 1-pager (we send branded copies on your stationery format) with a QR code that opens the booking widget pre-tagged. Second, the link can be embedded in your existing concierge software or in-room digital materials. Third, concierges can book directly on the firm account — guests pay nothing card-side, you bill the room.

  • What happens if a guest cancels?

    Standard cancellation policy applies (free up to 24 h, 50 % between 6–24 h, 100 % under 6 h or no-show). The commission follows the actual revenue: free cancellations earn nothing, 50 %-paid cancellations earn 5 % attribution. No-shows still pay the trip and the commission as if the trip ran.

  • Can we offer this as a complimentary service?

    Yes — many partner hotels include the airport transfer as part of a premium-rate package. Two patterns work: either you pay the trip directly and bill the guest as a hotel charge (cleanest, you keep 100 % of the upsell), or we bill the guest and pay you the 10 % commission (simplest, no hotel-side handling). We can do both for different room categories.

  • How fast does the driver arrive?

    For pre-booked trips, the driver is at the hotel exactly at the scheduled time (we plan a 5-minute buffer for arrival). For ad-hoc same-day bookings via the concierge desk, expect 12–18 minutes typical, occasionally faster — Stuttgart-Mitte / S-21 area is our densest patrol zone, hotels in those districts are usually under 10 minutes.

  • Are drivers briefed on hotel-specific protocols?

    Yes. We maintain a per-hotel briefing card covering loading-zone access, guest-greeting style (e.g. handshake vs name placard), preferred entrance, and any quirks (one-way streets, valet handover). Updates from your front desk reach all 60+ drivers within 24 hours via our dispatch system.
